Blessing Ayemba, 13, is a Grade 7 student at Peggy Lucas Junior School with a dream of becoming a doctor. She comes from a vulnerable family of eight children. Her mother is unemployed, and her father lives upcountry and is unable to provide regular support. The family struggles to afford school fees, rent, food, and other basic necessities.
Despite these challenges, Blessing remains committed to her education and excels in her favorite subject, Swahili. She believes that education is the key to achieving her dream of serving others through healthcare.
