Our Mission

To empower marginalized communities through sustainable programs in healthcare, education, women empowerment, youth development, food security, and environmental conservation, creating lasting change across East Africa.

Our Vision

A world where every community has access to quality healthcare, education, and economic opportunities, and where every individual can live with dignity and reach their full potential.

Our Story

Founded in 2014, UCESCO Africa (United Community Empowerment and Social Change Organization) began with a simple but powerful vision: to uplift the most vulnerable communities in East Africa through integrated, sustainable development.

What started as grassroots community health outreach in Nairobi's informal settlements has grown into a multi-program organization serving communities across Kenya and Uganda. Today, we run free medical camps that have treated over 34,540 patients, empowered 808 women through vocational training, and sponsored 170 students through education programs.

Our approach has always been community-led. We work alongside the people we serve, ensuring programs are culturally relevant, locally owned, and designed for long-term sustainability.
